About The Position

• Provide specialized nursing care to pediatric Hem / Onc / BMT patients, including administration of chemotherapy and management of central lines
• Support patients with complex conditions such as Graft vs Host Disease and cellular therapies
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive family-centered care
• Assist other hospital units with Hem / Onc / BMT patient support as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation via EPIC and ensure patient safety and adherence to protocols
