Maintenance Electrician

Job Description

Location : Irwindale, CA

Pay : $58,240 - $62,400- Direct Hire with $1,500 sign on bonus.

Union Position

This position is on a rotating schedule, per Union regulations- every 4 months, there is a schedule shift.

Schedule :

1st Shift : 6am - 2 : 30pm

2nd Shift : 2pm - 10 : 30pm

3rd Shift : 10pm - 6 : 30am

The Position

This position is responsible for the assembly, troubleshooting and repairing of mechanical, electrical, electronic assemblies and systems. The ideal candidate for this role has a minimum of 3 years' experience in the industrial manufacturing sector, pays strong attention to detail, has excellent attendance, and is committed to workplace safety.

Job Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the US.
• 3 years of experience in the electrical machine building field.
• Knowledge of 110V, 230V, 480V, and 24V DC.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of production and machine operation.
• Ability to use tools and precision equipment.
• Must have excellent attendance and work record.
• Must have machine experience.
• Must be able to work / communicate well in a team environment.
• Must be able to work in cold / hot temperature.
• Strong attention to safety.
• Other tasks as assigned.
