HVAC Controls Territory Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Territory Manager required to work for a global HVAC organisation selling HVAC controls in Latin America.
HVAC Controls Territory Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Territory Manager will be responsible for business development and sales in their assigned territory to engineers contractors and business owners. Inheriting exciting accounts and focusing on the business development of new clients.
The ideal HVAC Controls Territory Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Territory Manager will have to speak fluently in English and Spanish.

Work closely with consulting engineers contractors facility teams and public-sector stakeholders to influence project design specifications and equipment selections.
Assess customer requirements and present multiple technical solution options across a broad HVAC product portfolio.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of chillers airside systems packaged units splits controls VRF and overall system performance to support accurate recommendations.
Prepare detailed estimates quotations and bid proposals for both new and repeat customers ensuring commercially competitive and technically sound submissions.
Support clients through installation and post-sale phases to ensure successful project delivery and secure repeat business while planning sales activities to maximise time in front of customers
