Call Center Representative
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. This onsite role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a passion for assisting others. The ideal candidate will handle a high volume of inbound and / or outbound calls, providing exceptional service to customers while maintaining accurate records in our systems.
Call Center Representative Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and / or outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or requests related to products or services.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Update and maintain customer information in various databases.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average handle time (AHT), quality assurance (QA) scores, and schedule adherence.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Call Center Representative Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED required.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work onsite 5 days a week.Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software or CRM systems.Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.Bilingual is preferred.Work Environment :
