Pega Senior Developer (LSA)

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Pega Developer (LSA).

Position Type : Full-Time, Contract

Duration : 6 months

Location : Stamford CT, 06902 (On-site)

As a Pega Developer (LSA),  you will :

• Lead the design and development of Pega CDH-based BPM / CRM applications across the full SDLC.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to development teams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Pega CDH solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and QA.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce adherence to Pega guardrails and best practices.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
• Participate in project planning, effort estimation, and risk management.
• Stay updated with the latest Pega platform features and CDH enhancements.
