Responsibilities :
- Lead the Plan-to-Perform process and collaborate cross-functionally to align financial goals with operational execution.
- Own the financial performance of the entity, including the income statement, balance sheet, and KPIs.
- Drive cost and inventory analysis , proactively identifying opportunities and communicating insights to stakeholders.
- Manage internal and external audits and ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and Code of Conduct requirements.
- Act as a co-pilot to the General Manager , contributing to strategic decisions and business planning.
- Promote financial accountability across the organization through training, tools, and self-service BI reporting.
- Lead risk management efforts and develop contingency plans to safeguard the business.
- Champion internal controls and ensure robust financial governance

Knowledge / Education :
Bachelor’s degree in a financial discipline from an accredited four-year college or university.Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including advanced Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Experience with ERP systems such as Infor M3 and / or Infor Syteline.Knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI.Skills and Abilities :
