Responsibilities :

  • Lead the Plan-to-Perform process and collaborate cross-functionally to align financial goals with operational execution.
  • Own the financial performance of the entity, including the income statement, balance sheet, and KPIs.
  • Drive cost and inventory analysis , proactively identifying opportunities and communicating insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage internal and external audits and ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and Code of Conduct requirements.
  • Act as a co-pilot to the General Manager , contributing to strategic decisions and business planning.
  • Promote financial accountability across the organization through training, tools, and self-service BI reporting.
  • Lead risk management efforts and develop contingency plans to safeguard the business.
  • Champion internal controls and ensure robust financial governance

Salary Range : The salary for this position is between $, to $, annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to fair pay based on skills, experience, and market standards

Knowledge / Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a financial discipline from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including advanced Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Infor M3 and / or Infor Syteline.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI.
  • Skills and Abilities :

  • Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all company departments, with other group colleagues, and with third parties.
  • Ability to work with strict time deadlines during financial reporting.
  • Positive attitude, analytical approach with problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Team player, enthusiastic, innovative, and proactive with good organizing and time management skills.
