We are looking for a dynamic individual to guide customers to our Sales, Parts, and Service Departments dependent upon their current equipment needs. The perfect candidate will demonstrate professionalism at all times, while maintaining a friendly demeanor when working with customers, co-workers, or management.

Essential Job Functions
Greet and direct customers in a professional and courteous manner, in-person and over the phoneProvide administrative support for the store, including performing routine administrative functions such as copying, scanning, filing, sorting mail, etc.Perform daily and periodic accounting duties, including daily bank deposits, accounts payable entry, and credit application processingProcess credit cards and record in the industry-specific softwareReview employees' monthly expense reports for accuracy before submitting to Corporate for processingMonitor equipment invoices for discrepanciesResearch and resolve discrepancy issuesAssist in reviewing and finalizing purchased equipment contracts, ensuring accuracy and completenessPositive and supportive interaction with sales staff to ensure customer satisfactionCreate, maintain and enter information into databases and spreadsheetsMaintain and run various reports through multiple business systemsAssist Corporate HR Manager in distributing and collecting regulatory, onboarding, and employee benefits documentsMust be able to learn additional tasks and systems as neededRequirements
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GEDAccurate 10-key competencyAbility to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employeesStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent customer relations and phone skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and OutlookEffective time management skills and the ability to multi-taskAttention to detailAbility to work independentlyExcellent organizational skillsAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionTravel on a limited basis to post office, bank, meetings etc.Physical Requirements
Must be able to sit for long periods of time at a computer workstation utilizing a desktop / laptop computerAbility to stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, push, pull, lean, and twistAbility to lift items up to 25 lbs.Preferred Qualifications
Two years of experience in a similar positionExperience with Paylocity or other similar timekeeping softwareClass E driver's licenseCandidate is required to successfully pass the pre-employment screenings which include background check, pre-employment drug testing as well as a driving record evaluation.
