Lead monthly business review process for the product line, including end-to-end delivery and content maturation through engagement with platform and service owners.

Oversee portfolio management activities, including ownership of the portfolio and resource management tool.

Manage monthly product line headcount forecasting, reconciliation, and planning; maintain historical data and provide effective storytelling on headcount trends.

Oversee product line travel and expense management, including planning and budget oversight.

Drive process improvements and support the team in navigating a rapidly transforming business environment.

Conduct root cause analysis on organizational effectiveness, identify issues, and recommend solutions. Partner with the GM and Chief of Staff to drive remediation efforts.

Lead the people development agenda, supporting team growth, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

Collaborate with the central communications team to ensure effective messaging and develop Product Line Town Hall materials.

Maintain product line overview content.

Serve as a backup to the Chief of Staff, supporting GMs and product line leadership as needed.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity by translating vision into actionable roadmaps and proactively positioning the team for future success.
• Skilled at translating complexity into clarity for diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.
• Outcome-driven, with a focus on metrics, accountability, and delivering measurable results.

Base Pay / Salary Jersey City, NJ $142,500.00 - $190,000.00 / year
