Registered Nurse

About the Role :

We are hiring for one of our prime clients seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Neuro Intensive Care Unit (NNICU) . The RN will deliver specialized care to patients with complex neurological conditions, ensuring safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing practice. This position involves active collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care and education.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess and monitor patients’ neurological and physical status continuously.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide airway management, ventilator care, and neuro assessment interventions.
• Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery plans.
• Supervise non-RN staff and serve as a preceptor or charge nurse when required.

Qualifications :

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing School; BSN preferred.
• Valid Connecticut RN license and BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of NNICU RN experience required.
• Proficient in electronic patient records and neuro care equipment.
