Key Responsibilities / Skills

Review completion of commissioning test results submitted by subcontractors, vendors and internal commissioning and quality teams against test procedures

Verify test results are ready to be compiled into a test report for a specific area of the project along with the identified open items

Create a process to get test reports for submission to the client and / or for subsystem handover to different testing parties

Develop, and execute a test report compilation process until it can be fully or partially handled by a non-technical employee

Review subcontractors, vendors and internal test procedures before submission to the client

Develop internal test procedures and plans

Audit system and sub-system completions, report findings and make recommendations for solving identified areas of concern

Understand, direct, coordinate leading punch list walk downs, meetings and punch list close out

Review engineering drawings, turnover, pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures to confirm appropriate provisions have been established for testing and other functions related to facility completion

Work with experienced completion commissioning and start up personnel engaged in pre commissioning, commissioning, testing and operations activities

Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and / or project objectives and guidelines

Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities and meet deadlines

Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff

Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
