Orem Rehabilitation and Nursing in Orem, UT, is a skilled nursing facility with long term care, post-acute rehab, and geriatric outpatient therapy services provided. We see a diverse and interesting adult patient population with a wide variety of diagnoses and seek a great clinician who is interested in developing and implementing programs and providing excellent therapy services to our patients.
