Frontier AI is Anduril’s team that is responsible for identifying and implementing how the latest and greatest AI technologies can be integrated into existing Anduril products or create new ones. We work across multiple business lines at Anduril as well as execute against our own contracts.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with prior training and experience in a relevant engineering field to plan, direct, and lead internal and external program activities. The TPM will interact daily with program Chief Engineer to coordinate the execution of program initiatives and tasks - working alongside the rest of the team to meet the program’s administrative, technical, and operational requirements.
Success in this position hinges on two key facets : 1) systems and engineering mindset- the ability to understand and assess technical concepts- identifying system dependencies, interfaces, technical risks and the impact of key architectural decisions with the engineering team is a must; and 2) an execution mindset- digging into the details, charting the path and owning the outcome. You will be expected to utilize your technical aptitude in conjunction with your program and project management skills to deliver the best outcome for Anduril and the customer.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As the Frontier AI TPM, you will lead the development and management of building and integrating new and existing Anduril products into some of our most exciting AI-native wargaming initiatives at Anduril. These projects will be diverse in nature and require you to be organized and flexible to adapt to changing situations. They require managing the government / customer relationship, relationships with teamed companies, and cross-functional communication and collaboration within Anduril’s various business lines and product teams.
You will own three major roles for the supporting program : Contract Deliverables, Master Schedule, and future contract expansions.

US Salary Range$154,000—$231,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations.
