Senior Designer / Drafter

Summary :

Crane Johnson Lumber is looking for an experienced Designer / Drafter that will create and revise detailed drawings, plans and blueprints for residential and commercial buildings.

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for developing construction documents from redlines, rough sketches, existing structures, and customer meetings
• Provide guidance and support to clients, homeowners, and contractors
• Generate concept drawings, construction documents, and permit drawings
• Manage scheduling calendar
• Residential design for new construction and additions
• Project meetings - homeowner, builder, and real estate agents
• Verify existing building conditions
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a professional & positive attitude
