Responsibilities
Update and maintain contract documents, including document logsReview, process and distribute accurate submittals and RFIsParticipate in and write notes, instructions, or minutes from meetings that clearly communicate discussion agreements, decisions, and actionsParticipate in change review meetings and Project Financial Forecast MeetingsAssist in coordination of trade contractors to meet project scheduleReview, understand, and follow Baseline requirementsSupport all safety efforts in the field, including : leading safety orientations, conducting and documenting safety inspections, and implementing changes as neededStay informed of all field activitiesTrack work in place and productivityContribute to daily reports and documentationParticipate in quality control activities and ensure trades are adhering to quality practicesEstablish credibility among trade contractors by maintaining a fair and trustworthy environmentUnderstand Site Services / NEXT 150 as a project resourceParticipate in stretch and flex and daily huddleIncrease understanding of contract documents and scopes of workParticipate in ERGs and Peer Group meetings and eventsQualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management0-1 years of experience or internships with a construction organizationOr equivalent combination of education and experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Depending on individual role requirements, positions may be located at any U.S. location where Gilbane has an office. Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and / or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.
The pay ranges from $28.00-$47.00 per hour plus benefits and retirement program.
