🏗️ Assistant Project Manager (Construction)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support our project teams in delivering high-quality construction projects safely, on time, and within budget. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their project management skills and take on greater responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and managing daily project activities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents; support the preparation of RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Monitor project progress, track budgets, and help update project reports and documentation.
- Support procurement activities including material orders and vendor follow-ups.
- Conduct site visits to verify work progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Help ensure project deadlines, cost targets, and quality expectations are met.
- Foster strong communication between office and field teams.
🎓 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).1–3 years of relevant construction or project coordination experience preferred.Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and project controls.Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.) a plus.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.💼 What We Offer
