The Policy Coordinator plays a key role in developing, maintaining, and implementing organizational policies and procedures. This position ensures that all policies are aligned with regulatory standards, internal goals, and best practices. The coordinator works cross-functionally to support compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives. This position reports to the General Counsel.

- Draft, revise, and format policies and procedures in collaboration with department leads.
- Ensure consistent voice, tone, and format for all policies and procedures.
- Implement and maintain a centralized repository of current policies and ensure version control.
- Monitor changes in regulations and standards (e.g., HRSA, CARF, HIPAA) and update policies accordingly.
- Coordinate policy review cycles and facilitate stakeholder feedback.
- Support audits and compliance reviews by providing documentation and policy interpretation as needed.
- Assist in preparing policy-related communications, memos, and reports for leadership, including policy timeliness monitoring.
- May assist with tracking policy implementation progress and report on compliance metrics.
- May develop training materials and assist in staff education on new or updated policies.
- May serve as liaison to assist departments and leaders in ensuring consistent policy application.
- Provide support with program descriptions and annual plans as needed.
- Assist with managing contracts outlook inbox.
- Assist with processing requests regarding contracts, including inputting documents and data, into contracts management system.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings and other activities as required.
- Performs other duties as required and special projects as assigned.

Education - Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.Years experience - 2+ years of experience in policy development, compliance, or documentation managementStrong writing, editing, and organizational skillsFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., CARF, HRSA, OSHA, CMS)Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systemsAdvanced Microsoft office skills - to include Excel, Word, PowerPointExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-driven and able to plan and execute independently and with minimal oversight and instructionThis role is a non-driving position. This position does not require travel to various Terros Health sites on a regular basis.
