The Senior Data Analyst is a technical position that supports the development and maintenance of RCMS applications and solutions. The primary purpose of this position is to support the organizational goals of RCMS by efficiently and effectively fulfilling the responsibilities of a Senior Data Analyst.
A Senior Data Analyst will be define, develop, test, analyze and maintain software applications in support of business requirements.
This includes writing, coding, testing, and analyzing web applications and APIs. The Senior Programmer will also research, design, document and modify software specifications throughout the production lifecycle. This individual will also provide mentoring, support and guidance to junior developers on the team.
Responsibilities :
All tasks related to this position are to be done in a manner consistent with RCMS policies, procedures, quality standards, customer needs and applicable local, state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities :
Analyze and assess existing business systems and proceduresAssist in definition and documentation of business requirements, deliverables and specificationsAssist in defining development project plans, including scope, schedule and implementationConduct research on emerging products, languages and standards to support ongoing development effortsAssist with development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and guidelinesParticipate in Code ReviewsMentor Junior DevelopersPerform other duties as assignedRequired Knowledge and Skills :
Excellent understanding of coding methods and best practicesAble to communicate effectively with non-technical end usersStrong written, oral and interpersonal communication skillsAdvanced knowledge of programming languages including .Net (4.5, 7, 8), JavaScript, ReactJS, Microsoft Active Server Pages (ASP) C# and VB.NetExperience with Source Control Frameworks (GITSVN, TFS)Proficiency in SQL Server stored procedure development and GIT Version Control SystemExpertise in React / Angular framework, asynchronous processing, MVC (Model View Controller), and Service-Oriented Architecture / MicroservicesAbility to design and maintain an MS SQL Server databaseKeen attention to detailProven analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentQUALIFICATIONS :
Education / Experience :
BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experienceTwo or more years of experience or knowledge with web programming languagesExpert knowledge of MS Office and Google SuiteHealthcare and / or insurance industry experience preferredStrong troubleshooting skills and creative problem-solving abilitiesAttention to detail and a proactive, self-starting approach to workExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlinesStrong written and oral communication skillsProficiency in computer and internet usageAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships to foster teamworkWorking Conditions :
