As the Head of Product, you will be the driving force behind our product's vision, strategy, and execution. You will be a key member of the executive team - reporting directly to the CEO, leading, inspiring, and mentoring a talented team of product managers and designers to build solutions that our customers can't live without.

Product Vision & Strategy : Own, define, and evangelize a compelling product vision and strategy that positions SPOTIO as the undisputed market leader and aligns directly with our company's strategic goals.

Innovation & Customer Advocacy : Champion innovation across the organization, with a specific focus on leveraging AI to create "game-changing" value. You will be obsessed with our customers, personally leading discovery interviews and spending significant time with them to deeply understand their business and uncover their most pressing unmet needs.

Roadmap & Execution : Translate strategy and customer insights into a proactive, data-informed product roadmap. You will drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from high-level strategic planning to getting into the weeds of feature prioritization, user story refinement, and launch execution alongside your team.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Partnership : Act as a key strategic partner to the CEO, President, and the entire leadership team. You will be a powerful voice in our GTM strategy, ensuring product, marketing, and sales are in perfect alignment.

Team Leadership & Culture : Attract, hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers and designers. You will foster a culture of ownership, high energy, and continuous improvement that embodies our "Play to Win" value.
