Summary :

Under direct supervision supports the design of precision electromechanical switches to customer specifications designs tooling generates test procedures performs various analysis in accordance with customer requirements. Provides technical support to Project Engineers Supply Chain Manufacturing Engineering Production and Quality Assurance personnel.

Typical Responsibilities :

• Generates 3D CAD part and assembly models in SolidWorks
• Using GD&T creates detail part and assembly drawings in accordance with ANSI Y 14.5M-2009.
• Initiates and implements engineering change orders (ECOs)
• Generates test procedures in accordance with customer requirements
• Perform tolerance studies
• Perform various analysis in accordance with customer requirements.
• Assemble and tests prototypes
• Provides technical support during assembly and test processes and generates support documents as needed
• Assist manufacturing engineering with the design of assembly tooling
• Assist with root cause analysis and problem solving

Pay Range : $100000.00 - $130000.00annually

Bonus Eligible : This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
