Title : Enterprise Project Manager (Scrum Master)

Duration : 12 Months

Location : Columbia, SC (Onsite)

Responsibilities :

  • Facilitate Scrum activities such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure adherence to Scrum framework and agile principles.
  • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Track KPIs to help teams deliver high-quality products / solutions on time.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

Required Skills :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  • 3 years of Azure DevOps experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
  • General understanding of programming concepts and database querying.
  • Prior experience with Agile project management tools.
  • Experience with hybrid project management (Agile combined with Waterfall).

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)).
  • Government sector experience.
  • ERP project experience.

    • Required Education / Certifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree.

    • Preferred Education / Certifications :

  • Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
