Role : Clinical IT Tech Support
Location - Irvine, CA - Onsite Day1
Duration : Contract
Sr. level analyst that can troubleshoot and perform complex analysis of issues, workflows, and complete complex build to support analysis.
Skills / Experience Must Have's
- 3+ years onsite technical support experience.
- Technical knowledge of the following :
- Endpoint configuration and deployment.
- Network printing setup and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge in Active Directory fundamentals.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to travel locally and work off hours and weekends as needed.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. minimum unassisted as needed.
- Strong communications skills.
Skills / Experience Nice to Have's
Technical Certifications (A+, MCSE, Cisco).Proficient in Citrix / XenApp administration.Project Management experience.Strong organizational skills.
