Laborer Color Blending & Warehouse Support

Pay : $19.00 per hour

Location : El Paso TX

About the Role

Join our team and help keep our facility running efficiently! Were seeking a reliable safety-minded Laborer to support our color blending production team assist with warehouse operations and deliveries and provide hands-on customer support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize stock and maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Support production by assisting with color blending and tinting processes
  • Operate tinting mixing and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload products for deliveries and incoming shipments
  • Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Follow all company policies and procedures including safety and loss prevention
  • Ensure compliance with quality service standards rules and regulations
  • Troubleshoot and assist customers with spray equipment and product concerns
  • Help maintain facility organization and cleanliness
  • Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle checks

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a warehouse manufacturing or production environment a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid drivers license (may be required for delivery support)
