Real Estate Junior Processor

As our Real Estate Junior Processor, you will :

  • Package and send real estate loan applications to members.
  • Submit files to third party partners to register loan for disclosure by them when brokered.
  • Prepare mortgage loan applications for submission to investors or contract underwriting.
  • Verify all documentation provided by the member is present and upfront fees are collected.
  • Run loan application through Fannie Mae's desktop underwriter.
  • Obtain FHA case numbers and run LDP and GSA searches on all parties involved in the transaction.
  • Run subject property address through FFEIC Geocoding and USPS.
  • Obtain and print various documentation, to include, but not limited to credit reports, credit authorizations, and Abri CU bank statements if necessary.
  • Order IRS transcripts if our form matches the member's tax returns that were provided.
  • Order verification of employment for members as well as document where they found contact information for the employer online (i.e. Google).
  • Order verification of mortgage if necessary.
  • Order Title work and Appraisals and work with other third parties as necessary.
  • Assist in arranging closings.
  • Assist in backing up the Real Estate Loan Servicer as needed.

Requirements :

  • High school graduate
  • Familiar with real estate laws, regulations, and reporting requirements preferred but not
  • required

  • Proficient in computer applications associated with the position
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure with little or no supervision
  • Strong, positive interpersonal skills
  • Experience in real estate lending preferred but not required
  • Basic knowledge of current lending regulations that govern financial institutions preferred but not required

  • Hours :

    Mon-Fri 9 : 00AM-5 : 30PM with coverage until 6PM as needed during week

    Rotating Saturdays 9 : 00AM-1 : 00PM
