Family Physician – Bilingual Preferred (English / Spanish or Polish) | Community Health Center | Chicago, IL
A leading community health center in Chicago is seeking a Family Physician (MD / DO) to join its dedicated medical team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on underserved communities by providing compassionate, evidence-based care to children, women, and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting, including preventive, acute, and chronic care management
- Conduct detailed histories, physical examinations, assessments, and diagnostics
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic tests and procedures
- Manage the full spectrum of contraception and women’s health needs
- Prescribe pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary primary care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited institutionActive Illinois medical licenseBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Family MedicineCurrent BLS / CPR certificationPrior community health center experience preferredBilingual proficiency in Spanish or Polish preferred, but not requiredCompensation & Benefits
