Freight Audit Analyst- Temporary

Encadria Staffing Solutions is actively seeking a Freight Audit Analyst position at the Koch Industries campus in Wichita, Kansas. This is a Temporary opportunity through Koch Industries' own internal staffing agency – Encadria Staffing Solutions, LLC. Job Type : Temporary, estimated to last for 4 months

Job Hours : 7 : 30am -4 : 30pm or 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm

A Day In The Life Typically Includes :

Act as the liaison between the carriers and internal and / or external customers to :

• Ensure all freight invoices are processed efficiently through appropriate ERP
• Identify and route GP non-load freight invoices to facility logistics team to audit
• Code invoices approved by Managed Freight team using coding matrix
• Route approved and coded invoices for Ariba workflow approval to ensure prompt payment.
