Job Title :   Document Processor

Location : St. Paul Minnesota.

Hybrid Role - days in office required. Flexible on which days.

Duration : Months Contract possible extension

Hours : ; to : pm No fee for parking

Parking $ / day. $ / month

No overtime required but may be available at times.

Interview process : Microsoft Teams meeting on camera.

Performs a variety of document processing and record keeping tasks associated with customer accounts that require a thorough knowledge of products and services in the assigned area. Duties may include entering new account information; changing information on existing accounts; recording transactions; answering customer inquiries; receiving, classifying, consolidating and summarizing documents and information; completing reports and providing administrative support. Responsibilities may also include customer service duties such as answering customer inquiries, resolving customer problems and responding to customer requests for information.

Top skills : an eye for investigative / problem solving skills,

Proficient skills in desktop computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office applications including Excel, and general data entry ability in multiple internal and web-based applications.

No minimum education requirements, eagerness to learn.

May be a chance for conversion; nothing open at this time, but a possibility.

Additional Job description :

Working Schedule : Ideally hybrid or onsite in the St. Paul Minnesota area.

Work Hours : hours can be somewhat flexible, hours / day Monday-Friday,

Entry level Insurance Specialist, Insurance processing, Insurance Professional, etc.

Compliance Department team of .

Project Description : Assists in processing insurance related requests and data entry, assists with license renewals, etc.

Job Description : Update data based on reports, run quality control reports and update as necessary, find gaps using quality control reports and provide that information to manager, process license renewals or appointment requests.

Job Environment : Neighborhood environment, no assigned desks

Top Skills : ability to proactively think, ability to review & update data for accuracy, team contributor willing to provide thoughts / suggestions, etc. over time / as you get acclimated

What are the options for growth in this role? / – three contractors in the last several years have been hired to full time, another was not. It depends on whether or not a position opens up and then how well that person participated and worked to make them a full-time employee. Manager is interviewing with long term / permanent thought in mind. At the end of this contract, it may be extended.
