Description

Job Purpose

Provide timely and accurate posting of invoices into the accounting system for vendor payment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices
• Code non-PO invoices to correct accounts
• Obtain buyer invoice approvals
• Ensure monthly statements are cleared and any issues are resolved
• Follow up with purchasers about PO variances
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers (both internal and external)
• As needed, complete vendor credit applications and work with legal to have them signed
• As needed, add new vendors to AP system
• Weekly payment batches, prepare Demand checks
• Monthly AR Refund check run
• Match bank distributions to activity in Business Central
• Performs all other duties as assigned
