Responsibilities
Oversee the parts sales process from start to finishDeliver completed part orders to technician’s stallCommunicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional mannerConverse effectively / efficiently regarding customer parts statusRead and understand the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific partsKeeping an organized work stationEnsuring inventory accuracyAnswer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customersReview shop request to verify the parts ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimateProvide high level service to both internal and external customersPull / fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stockNotify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attentionLocate out-of-stock parts from outside source and submit an emergency order, if necessaryCompensation
2 part pay system involving an hourly wage with a monthly commission.Monthly challenges by the management team.Fast paced very busy department with great opportunities to grow!
Requirements :
Ability to push, pull, lift, carry 50 poundsAbility to carry parts up and down stairsValid driver's licenseDealership or retail parts experienceWe are an equal opportunity employer.
