Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary point of contact for telecom clients in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, ensuring high customer satisfaction and engagement
Provide product and service expertise across data, ethernet, and voice solutions, offering strategic recommendations
Monitor customer usage and satisfaction metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in telecom account management, customer success, or program support
Strong experience in pricing, contracting, and ordering processes within telecom wireline environments
Hands-on experience with circuit voice ordering and familiarity with data, ethernet, and voice solutions
Proven ability to interpret customer data and provide actionable insights
Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools; strong Excel or data analysis skills are a plus
