Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is a therapist-led organization serving the greater Chicagoland and southern Wisconsin areas. We're seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Alden Poplar Creek.

CPT provides Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy across skilled nursing, outpatient, assisted living, and independent living settings. Our leadership team is composed of licensed therapists who understand and value the work you do every day.
