You will be based in our San Francisco, CA office and will be required to be in office 3x / week.

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and collaborative Senior Analyst to join our Sales Operations function. In this role, you’ll be involved with end-to-end design, execution, and governance of global territory models that support our go-to-market strategy.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine analytical thinking and operational rigor.

What you will do

• Territory Design & Management. Design, implement, and maintain sales territories in alignment with market opportunity, rep capacity, and GTM strategy
• Territory Management. Own the ongoing maintenance and governance around territories (i.e., resolving territory-related escalations and acting as the primary point of contact for frontline reps, managers, and Sales leadership)
• Process Improvement & Automation. Drive process improvement and systems automations across territory workflows using Salesforce and other GTM tools (i.e., Census, Snowflake, Zoominfo, Cognism, Clay)
• Data Governance & Reporting. Maintain data quality across the CRM and deliver territory-related reports and dashboards to Sales and RevOps stakeholders.
• KPI Reporting. Monitor KPIs such as rep coverage ratios, account penetration, and whitespace to identify gaps and opportunities.

The pay range for this role is :

78,000 - 136,500 USD per year (US Tier 1)
