Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated Long Term Acute Care Registered Nurses (LTAC RNs) to join our team in providing exceptional patient care. As an LTAC RN, you will play a vital role in patient assessment, intervention, and evaluation, working closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote optimal outcomes and ensure continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and manage complex medical equipment including chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines.
• Continuously monitor, implement, and evaluate patient status to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Provide guidance and supervision to clinical support staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
