As a People Systems Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the organization's human resources information systems (HRIS). You will be responsible for ensuring the system meets the needs of the HR department and other stakeholders, as well as maintaining data integrity and security. The HR Systems Analyst will collaborate with various teams to implement system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and provide support to end-users.
Responsibilities :
- Administer and maintain the HRIS platform, including system
configurations, user access, and security protocols.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for HRIS enhancements.Lead system implementations, upgrades, and integrations with other HR and business applications.Conduct testing and quality assurance for HRIS changes and updates.Provide training and support to HR and other users to ensure effective system utilization.Generate reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making within the HR department.Monitor data integrity and proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies.Stay informed about HR technology trends and best practices to propose innovative solutions.Assist in the development of HR process improvements and automation initiatives.Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors to address system-related issues.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience as an HR Systems Analyst or similar role.Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.Proficiency in platforms [e.g., UKG (Kronos), PeopleSoft, Cornerstone, Taleo] and related tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive and confidential information.Project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance best practices.
