Current license as a LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Missouri.

Duties and Responsibilities for LPN Licensed Practical Nurse :

Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.

You encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.

You create a safe environment where residents can thrive.

Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record any new data

Take vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.

Take instruction from and report updates to registered nurse / overseeing physician
