We are seeking a PC Administrator in the Overland Park, KS area who will accomplish the following :

Responsibilities

• Support local lab sites within the Overland Park, KS area
• Support, install, and configure hardware / software for desktop support
• Troubleshoot problems and provide technical support for software and hardware
• Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Place orders for IT-related hardware and complete asset management once received
• Meet with vendors for installation questions and directions onsite

Examples : Data cabling, Instrument Vendors, Ricoh Vendors

Education
