Responsibilities :
Respond to member inquiries with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring timely resolutions.
Assist members with online order concerns, including delivery tracking and order processing.
Address and resolve customer complaints and challenges efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and consistent member experience.
Support the onboarding and training of new team members to uphold high service standards.
Communicate with external vendors to address inquiries and coordinate support.
Monitor and meet key performance indicators, such as response times and customer satisfaction scores.
Handle data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Utilize customer service software, including ServiceNow and HubSpot, to manage support tickets effectively.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or call center setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Familiarity with customer service platforms like ServiceNow and HubSpot.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues independently.
