As we continue to expand we are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to optimize operational performance strengthen internal systems and ensure the company scales efficiently and sustainably.

Position Overview

The COO will oversee day-to-day operations process optimization team performance and operational scalability across the organization. This role is crucial in building efficient workflows improving delivery systems enhancing client experience and ensuring operational alignment with the companys growth objectives.

The ideal candidate is a strong operator who excels in building systems managing teams and executing at scalesomeone who can turn strategy into action eliminate inefficiencies and drive measurable performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless execution across all departments.
• Develop and implement scalable processes systems and SOPs to support growth.
• Improve operational efficiency resource utilization and team productivity.
• Build and optimize delivery workflows for LinkedIn outreach appointment setting CRM automation and client onboarding.
• Monitor performance metrics across teams and implement improvements where needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to set operational priorities and support company-wide initiatives.
• Strengthen cross-department communication accountability and operational alignment.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery client satisfaction and consistent results at scale.
