In this pivotal role, you’ll be the warm and friendly face that greets and processes all visitors, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You'll be the key player in maintaining our top-notch security standards while providing stellar administrative support.

What You Will Do

  • Greet and process all visitors (check-in, verify citizenship for non-escort badging), update and maintain visitor logs, file security briefings
  • Support proxy agreement compliance. Brief foreign national visitors, complete check-in, notifies FSO or designee that foreign visitors are on-site, completes foreign visit packages and submits to FSO or designee
  • Issue badges based on type of visit (government, escort required, contractor)
  • Administers briefing for contractors, vendors, and visitors
  • Serves as primary badge access coordinator. Grants access for new hires and upon area owner request
  • Greets and processes all LE new hires. Verifies original proof of citizenship, takes badge photographs, generates new hire badge
  • Generates daily badge reports and audits for anomalous activity. Reports findings to FSO (insider threat support function)
  • Issues badge related supplies to employees (lanyards, covers, pulleys). Maintains inventory and orders supplies as needed
  • Completes badge inventory audits
  • Back-up for CCTV reviews
  • Unclassified administrative support (track training, audit prep, etc.)
  • Promptly reports all observed noncompliance of documented security policies and procedures to the FSO
  • Orders catering for LE business unit to support guest visits
  • Coordinates and schedules conference rooms
  • Supports Functional Business Area Administrative needs such as expense reports, booking travel, ordering business cards, and additional duties as assigned and trained

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years’ experience in progressively responsible and varied office duties
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent judgment
  • Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Team player, ability to work independently while meeting deadlines, handles a high volume of work
