Responsibilities Include :

Court Appearances for various motions and conferences

Taking and defending depositions

Propounding Discovery and Supplement if necessary

Responding to Discovery

Drafting Meet and Confer letters

Legal research and writing using Westlaw

Preparing and drafting discovery motions

Gathering and analyzing data produced in discovery

Responding to law and motion

Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients

Conduct mediations and negotiations to resolve cases

Settle cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients

Drafting Trial Documents

Second Chairing Trials

Requirements Include :

Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar

Attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Strong time management skills and adhering to deadlines

Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment with other lawyers and paralegals

Pay : $90,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
