What’s the job?

We’re hiring a dependable and service-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our commercial trucking clients with care, accuracy, and efficiency. In this role, you'll play a critical part in delivering an exceptional client experience by processing policy changes, assisting with documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between underwriters, producers, and clients.

This is a hands-on, detail-focused role ideal for someone who takes pride in helping others, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with the operations team to help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Process policy endorsements, cancellations, certificates of insurance, binders, and billing documentation
  • Review and update policy documents to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Provide responsive and thoughtful customer service to commercial insurance clients
  • Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and TPI procedures
  • Work closely with producers and underwriters to ensure client needs are met quickly and thoroughly
  • Assist with document management and support client communications in a timely, professional manner

Requirements :

What are we looking for?

  • 2+ years of experience in a commercial lines CSR or account support role at a retail agency / broker (preferably trucking focused)
  • Active resident state Property & Casualty License
  • Customer-focused with a positive and solution-oriented attitude
  • A clear and compassionate communicator who can handle multiple tasks with care
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting and is eager to learn
  • Someone who brings a calm, professional presence to client interactions and internal conversations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with truckers, brokers, and underwriter
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with agency management systems (APPLIED / EPIC) and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • What’s the work location?

  • If you reside in Charleston, South Carolina or Phoenix, Arizona you will be based out of our office location in the Downtown area. During onboarding and training, you’ll work in-office five days a week to build momentum, meet your teammates, and ramp up with hands-on support. Once key KPIs and performance metrics are met, you’ll transition to a hybrid schedule of three in-office days per week—giving you the flexibility to balance focused work and in-person collaboration.
  • If you do not reside in the Charleston or Phoenix area, the role will be fully remote.
