Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Assembly Technicians to support the assembly of traction motors used in electric drive systems. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in electromechanical assembly, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assemble traction motors according to blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions
- Perform mechanical fitting, electrical connections, winding, insulation, and final testing
- Use hand and power tools, torque wrenches, and measuring instruments
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections for quality assurance
- Maintain clean and organized workstations in accordance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to address assembly issues
- Test the final product according the test procedure
Requirements :
2–5 years of experience in electrical motor or mechanical / electromechanical assemblyAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematicsExperience with stator / rotor assembly, winding, or similar motor componentsFamiliarity with torque specifications and precision measurement toolsBasic understanding of safety procedures (lockout / tagout, PPE)High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate or vocational training preferredPreferred :
Experience with traction motors or EV / hybrid powertrain componentsOSHA 10 or 30 certificationIPC / WHMA-A-620 or similar wiring standards experience
