Legal Intake Specialist - Burbank

Direct Counsel is representing an established and growing Personal Injury Law firm seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to join its Pre-Litigation team . This full-time, in-office position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive environment dedicated to helping injured clients through the early stages of their legal claims.

Position Overview :

As the first point of contact for potential clients, the Intake Specialist plays a critical role in gathering detailed accident information, assessing potential cases, and guiding clients through the intake and sign-up process. Spanish fluency is required for effective client communication.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct initial interviews with potential clients to obtain accident details and relevant case information
• Provide information about the firm's services and guide clients through the intake process
• Prepare and send client agreements via DocuSign and assist with in-person sign-ups when necessary
• Maintain accurate client records in the firm's case management system
• Deliver a professional, compassionate experience that reflects the firm's values
