A company is looking for an Employee Relations & Experience Advisor to enhance workplace culture and compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage investigations into workplace concerns and ensure policy adherence Develop and implement compliance frameworks and training programs for managers Design and analyze employee engagement surveys to improve workplace experience Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP / SCP) preferred 5+ years of HR experience focusing on employee relations and compliance Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, with multi-state experience preferred Proven ability to lead investigations and produce objective reports
