Process Documentation. Create clear, user-friendly documentation for key workflows and security protocols. Maintain a review framework to keep documentation current with evolving threats and technologies. Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory and industry standards. Security Operations & MDR Collaboration. Collaborate with mentors and the MDR provider to understand threat monitoring, triage, and incident response. Analyze alerts and incidents to identify patterns and improve detection and response. Align threat activity with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK and Cyber Kill Chain for better context. Establish feedback loops with MDR and internal teams to refine playbooks and response strategies. Support performance reporting on detection, response times, and operational effectiveness.
