Drive Revenue Growth : Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue and profit goals in the residential HVAC market. Achieve Key KPIs : Monitor conversion rates, deal sizes, and lead qualityadjust strategies as needed to stay on track. Optimize Sales Processes : Align sales workflows with company initiatives and collaborate with marketing and operations for seamless execution. Use Data to Drive Decisions : Analyze performance data, market insights, and customer trends to improve efficiency and results. Partner with Leadership : Set financial targets with senior leadership and drive initiatives that impact bottom-line performance. Proven success in sales leadership within HVAC, home services, or a similar industry Strong team leadership and coaching skills Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.) Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience) High energy, results-driven mindset, and a passion for developing people
