Hospitalist Physician

Virtual Hospitalist Opening in Charlestown, MA - Located 17 miles from Boston About the Job :

• Seeking a BC / BE Virtural Hospitalist
• Full-time, permanent position
• This is NOT a remote position. You'll be based out of our state-of-the-art Command Center in Charlestown, MA.
• Provide inpatient-level care in the comfort of a patient's home, ensuring clinical outcomes that are equal to or better than traditional hospitalization
• This innovative model significantly reduces overall healthcare expenses by avoiding inpatient visits, post-acute care, and readmissions, all while improving the patient experience.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment (Physicians, NPs, RNs) from our virtual Command Center.
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment in both the Command Center and patients' homes.
• Patients receive comprehensive care including home infusion, meals / nutrient consultations, pharmacy / medical management, mobile imaging, laboratory services, and DME / oxygen.
• Enjoy integrated care with primary care providers, specialists, and ancillary departments.

Education and Experience

Location Conveniently located, Burlington, Massachusetts is 17 miles north of Boston and a short drive to the mountains, lakes and seaside of New England as well as cultural opportunities of Boston.
