Part-Time, Monday - Friday
Pay Rate : $45.00 / hour
Expected Start Date : Early-Mid July
JOB SUMMARY : The speech language pathologist will develop and implement treatment plans, evaluate and treat residents. The speech language pathologist will provide home recommendations to residents for discharge, as needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Requirements
Maintain confidentiality of all information related to the organization, residents, participants, family and staff, that may be encountered, either formally or informally, during the normal course of business. This includes medical and treatment records, financial and human resources information.
QUALIFICATIONS : Professional expression and execution of duties relative to assignments.
Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with other health team members. Ability to interact courteously and tactfully with staff, residents, family members, visitors, vendors and the general public.
EDUCATION : Licensed and currently registered as a speech language pathologist by the State of New York.
EXPERIENCE : 2 yearsLong-term care experience preferred.

Performing duties of this job requires occasional sitting, walking and standing.
