Responsibilities
- The Relationship Manager serves as a critical internal and external bridge, connecting clients with various organizational service areas including Tax and Financial Planning, Investments, Legacy Planning, and Philanthropic Advisory while coordinatingprehensive financial solutions. Their core responsibility is to develop and sustain robust client relationships through proactivemunication and strategic, integrated service delivery across multiple financial domains.
- The Relationship Manager works directly with clients and acts internally as a liaison between the Managing Directors and all other service areas of the organization, such as Tax and Financial Planning, Investments, Legacy Planning and Trust Administration, Alternative Asset Management, Philanthropic Advisory, Real Estate, and Insurance Advisory.
- The Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships through proactive clientmunication and the coordinated delivery of services to individuals, families, trusts, and foundations.
Qualifications
At least six years of trust administration experience, along with deep industry knowledge of personal trust, estate, guardianship, and advisory services gained through relevant work experience.A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for a master's degree, and certification as a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) is ideal.Strong leadership, teamwork, writing, presentation, and organizational skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally Wealthbox.Benefits
