Responsibilities

Gather and translate testable requirements into application software solutions that suport business ideas and product concepts. Perform data analysis of business / product metrics using Oracle and SQL to support decision making. Conduct interviews and rquirements workshops with a cross-discipline team to elicit understanding of business needs. Design and drive solutions that meet business objectives and vision. Write unambiguous testable requirements with clear acceptance criteria. Serve as an integrated Agile / Scrum team member to assure requirements are understood fully. Work with architects in defining non-functional requirements. Collaborate with product management to write business cases to justifiy investments. Present solutions to stakeholders and product team at the end of each iteration. Mentor junior business analysts and other team members. Evaluate existing application products which could address client requirements and develop recommendations as appropriate. Collaborate with a diverse team incuding product managers software developers testers and teams such as Client Services Operations Clinical Science and Marketing.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field plus five years of experience performing data analysis of business / product metrics using Oracle and lieu of a Bachelors degree in the forementioned fields and 5 years of experience as stated company will accept 7 years of experience as stated. Also requires 3 years of experience with Agile methodologies; writing business requirements; creating product user story mapping; presenting solutions to stakeholders using Excel PowerPoint Visio and Figma; documenting and managing requirements and issues using Jira; collaborating on documentation using Confluence; and working on solutions within the U.S. healthcare industry. Experience may be but need not be acquired concurrently. Telecommuniting available anywhere in the U.S. Company headquarters located at 10701 South River Front Pkwy Suite 200 South Jordan UT 84095.

Base compensation ranges from $122299 to $125000. Specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience education skills certifications and other business needs.
