Job Summary
The Strategy & Operations (S&O) team works closely with NetApp's top executives. This role focuses on the On-prem Enterprise Storage Business Unit and ensures the group is focusing on the right priorities and executing well on top goals. The team plays an active role in NetApp's core storage related strategic decisions in defining and driving greater operational rigor across the business to accelerate our pace of execution. As an S&BO leader, you will join a highly entrepreneurial and talented team from top management consulting firms and professionals in Enterprise IT. We focus on strategic planning, defining and driving execution towards the key priorities, exec reviews, rhythm of business, resource management, operational excellence, and ensuring the success of critical cross-company initiatives. You will play a role in defining market opportunity and driving multiple cross-functional programs, managing the relationship with several top executives across the company. This position provides unparalleled senior executive exposure and is often the avenue to unique Strategy & Business Operational and Product Management roles at NetApp.

12 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, business strategy in tech industry (cloud and enterprise storage industry experience is a plus) + 12 years of experience working with executive stakeholders. + Direct experience of designing and running business and strategic reviews + Direct experience of working with financial planning, resource (budget, headcount) management, design OKRs, critical user journeys, and customer funnel analysis etc in a tech product environment.
Highly Desired Qualifications
Proven structured problem-solving skills and building excellent presentation / decks skills + Strong ability to effectively operate in a quickly evolving environment + Strong data analysis skills using tools like spreadsheets and functional dashboard skills + Strong collaboration, exceptional verbal communication, and stakeholder management + Roll up your sleeves" attitude and growth mindset.
Education
MBA required and a bachelor's degree in STEM courses preferred.
Compensation : The target salary range for this position is 175,100 - 260,700 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover health insurance, life insurance, retirement or pension plans, paid time off (PTO), various leave options, performance-based incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and / or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
